Designed for women (and Daddy's welcome!) of all trimesters of pregnancy and for mothers recovering after labor. This special class takes into consideration all the changes happening in the body and where moms and moms-to-be can interact and practice yoga safely for their growing bellies and aching arms and back from carrying baby. This class can help relax anxiety or stress due to labor or the new realities of child rearing, strengthen muscles that can help during and after labor, and stretch areas to alleviate tension.

Using a YOGABODY trapeze, an inversion therapy tool designed to allow you to invert, backbend, and strengthen your back, upper body, and core in a way that uses gravity and your own body weight --- while hanging from the ceiling. Helps with relieving back pain and spine compression, going deeper with your yoga postures, and feeling the freedom of being suspended - will have you coming back for more.

Our third annual Salute to the Sun event, THE BIG 108 is on! Classes will be cancelled for that evening. On the longest day of the year, we celebrate the ultimate life giving force by saluting the sun a whole whopping 108 times at Lenape Park. Work up the challenge by building your stamina, endurance, and strength, and simply do as much as you can and hang out with your fellow yoganites on this one evening of the year.

Bringing the benefits of yoga to kids! They'll experience yoga in a way suited for their age that is fun, engaging, and beneficial to their well-being - whether they realize it or not! Classes are 1 hour long and are immersed in yoga concepts through energetic play, social interaction, and winding down to relaxation for the busy mind and body. When our little ones are stressed out or in flux, they'll learn yoga techniques that they can apply everyday while learning mindfulness and coping skills. They can take this practice with them for life!
